the existing is the lawyer office and house, and it will develop to mix used building. the first floor is lawyer office and the second floor are dental clinics and house.

YAMAHA DEALER AND SERVICE
the street was applicated on the design, the show room was created like a road to make like riding on the street. it was dealer and service centre for Yamaha, the customer would be experiencing the interior while the process dealing and service.
BCA CAFE AND CLINICS
my first design after graduated from college, mix used building included cafe and clinics for employee of BCA
floating house ( arbbi design award )
this is my next competition as professional. teamed with M. Nurwahyu, we response the issue flood caused of catchment area. than we made stage house concept ( rumah panggung ). it used a little space for construction because the floor plate floating above the soil. and we use compact furniture.
KEPUTRAN MARKET REVITALIZATION ( FUTURARC COMPETITION )
After my final projects there's many courses left for my graduation, so i took the green architecture courses, and the courses was participating the competition.
the main issue is traffic jam around the keputran, it caused too many seller in the street, although there was a place in the market.
the main idea was to made proper place for sellers and reusable energy from the market. theres no space left for seller in the market so, our idea to make a vertical space for the market, using ramp to create a walking experience and spatial views
the reusable energy would be created from the organic waste that produced from the market, it can be natural fertiliser, rain water harvesting and biogas system for electricity.
FINAL PROJECT
This is my final projects at Institut Teknologi 10 November Surabaya ( ITS ). Under guidance from Prof, DR, Ir. Josef Prijotomo M, ARCH. Here is everything start, why i love design, to make something useful for a lot people, at least happy.
